Responsibilities:

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading teams to deliver projects that span across one or more business units. This also includes management of issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Some of their responsibilities would be:

  • Direct and manage project from conception to implementation.
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders.
  • Develop project plans and associated project related documents.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
  • Estimate and agree the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals with other departments within the company.
  • Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the use of required personnel from within the company.
  • Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and escalate to senior management if necessary during project cycle.
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
  • Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team members, analyse results and troubleshoot problem areas.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
  • Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors (where applicable), and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
  • Build, develop and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the Project.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for establishing and running the Project Management Office with the objective of ensuring all projects are delivered using a ‘best-practice’ Project Delivery Approach and are delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost and quality.
  • This role will be three-fold, firstly overseeing the portfolio of organisational projects, providing expert knowledge and support and monitoring progress and reporting on the portfolio status. Secondly managing projects/programmes directly. Finally, the development, introduction and on-going iteration of the organisation’s Project Delivery Approach.
  • The role is expected to provide strong leadership in a matrix environment to promote best practices in managing interrelated projects and programmes to ensure successful delivery. This role will also ensure project resources have the correct toolsets and processes in place and that all relevant staff are trained and equipped to deliver successfully.
  • Strong project or programme management and excellent organisational skills are fundamental, as is the ability to liaise with people at all levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

Technical:

  • Leverage the inbuilt React toolkit for creating frontend features.
  • Create data visualization tools, libraries, and reusable code for prospects.
  • Integrate designs and wireframes within the application code.
  • Monitor interaction of users and convert them into insightful information
  • Write application interface code with JavaScript.
  • Enhance application performance with constant monitoring.
  • Translate wireframes and designs into good quality code.
  • Optimize components to work seamlessly across different browsers and devices.
  • Good understanding of CSS libraries, GIT, Sigma, Adobe XD etc.
  • Proper user information authentication.
  • Develop responsive web-based UI.
  • Externalize branding and styling of micro frontends.

Non-Technical:

  • Mentor React development team for proficiency in Java script technologies.
  • Constant interaction with other developer teams and design team to discuss UI ideas.
  • A thorough review of applications needs and interfacing elements.
  • Provide proper documentation and mockups for additions and changes in application.
